Rice (1-3 day)

  • 1 baked vegetable marrow.

4 day

  • 150 g of rice porridge (on water);
  • 200 g of the Beijing cabbage;
  • 200 g of chicken breast, 150 g of vegetables, stewed on couple (a cauliflower, an asparagus, broccoli);
  • 150 g of pineapple;
  • 200 g of the baked champignons.

5 day

  • 150 g of porridge (on water) with 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 apple;
  • 200 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice;
  • 200 g of a salmon on couple, 150 g of the Beijing cabbage;
  • 50 g of almonds;
  • 1 boiled eggs, 2 cucumbers.

6 day

  • 200 g of buckwheat cereal (on water), 1 cucumber and 1 tomato;
  • 150 g of strawberry;
  • 200 g of boiled chicken breast, 3 lettuce leaves;
  • 100 g of dried fruits;
  • 200 g of the baked hake, 150 g of a cauliflower.

7 day

  • 200 g of cottage cheese (5% of fat content), 1 banana;
  • 2 apples, 100 g of raspberry;
  • 200 g of the baked chicken breast, 200 g of the Beijing cabbage;
  • 200 ml of kefir (1,5% of fat content);
  • 150 g of boiled shrimps, 2 cucumbers, 1 tomato.

The kefiric

The kefiric monodiet is calculated on 5–6 days.
