This type of a grapefruit diet is the most intensive. For 5 days

The five-day course is based on the daily strengthened consumption of a citrus during each meal. Day 3

  • Breakfast: ½ grapefruit or juice from it, oat flakes with raisin and natural yogurt or muesli.
  • Lunch: ½ grapefruits, vegetable broth with croutons.
  • Dinner: 200 g of boiled beef, 2 baked tomatoes. Before going to bed to eat ½ grapefruits.

Day 4

  • Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1 glass of tomato juice.
  • Lunch: ½ grapefruits, vegetable salad (celery, sheet salad, broccoli), piece of rye bread, ½ grapefruits.
  • Dinner: 400 g of boiled vegetables. Before going to bed to eat 1 grapefruit.

Day 5

  • Breakfast: salad from ½ grapefruits, 1 orange, 1 apple with natural yogurt.
  • Lunch: 1 baked potatoes, vegetable broth with croutons.
  • Dinner: 200 g of low-fat fish or meat, glass of tomato juice. Before going to bed to drink a glass of grapefruit juice.

For 7 days

It is considered that to sustain a citrus diet more long than seven days – rather difficult for an organism as the raised doses of the arriving fruit acids can be reflected in acidity of a stomach and cause very unpleasant feelings.
